June 14 was officially declared Darrent Williams Day with a parade and day long celebration that included vendors, food and live entertainment provided by Banks Entertainment. The slain football player and Fort Worth native was highly remembered with the beginning of an annual event that took place at Evans Plaza. |

A 12-week singing talent competition that took place at Chef Papa's Southern Buffet and gave local singers the opportunity to perform in front of an audience and three judges. The competition ended in a grand finale event where four finalists competed for the title of the 1st ever, "Fort Worth Idol". |

The Divas & Dons Fashion Show was a fashion extravaganze where gorgeous models shared the stage with the hottest performers form the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This event took place at the White House in Fort Worth and featured vendors, food and music by K104's DJ Sallis. |
